1. Download the zip file and extract its contents to a new folder.
2. Launch 8Bitdo_Update_Win.exe, but do not connect the Arcade Stick yet.
3. Hold start + L1 + R1 for roughly 3 seconds, until the yellow light flashes.
4. Connect the USB cable to the PC.
5. Click “USB Update” and select the “8Bitdo_arcade_firmware_V4.01.dat” file.
